From the Lilies War web site:
The main gate to the Kelsey Short Youth Camp will be closed until 8am the first Friday of Lilies. DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES park on the road outside the camp gate (Collins/Camp Branch Rd.) If you do you WILL be ticketed by federal authorities. The ticket WILL hurt your pocketbook. Thank you.
